Thank you for joining us, and welcome to today's session where we'll share TriNet's latest features designed to make managing people and technology easier no matter where your teams are located. Please use the chat on the right hand side of your screen to welcome from TriNet executive director, product marketing, Josh Newman, partner marketing manager, Nick Boley, and senior product marketing manager, April Turner. Hello, and welcome. I'm Josh Newman, executive director of product marketing here at TriNet. Before we get into things, I have a couple of housekeeping items. One is we're going to be doing a live Q and A. The Q and A tab is on the right side of your screen, and I encourage you to put your questions in there and we'll do our best to answer this. We've also provided a number of resources. If you all if you look at the right side, you'll see a docs tab. That's where we're keeping our resources. And finally, if you want to watch this on demand afterwards, use the same link you use today to access the session. And with that, let's get right into it. So we're here to talk about what's new at TriNet. I've been at TriNet doing product marketing for over a decade, and this is one of the most exciting product launches that we've done. So I'm really thrilled to be telling you about it today. And before we get into the features of the launch, I want to talk a moment about how we got here. First, it's all about you, the customer. We listen to you. I took your feedback. We look at your NPS surveys, your conversations with CRMs, and that's all crucial to formulating and prioritizing our product enhancements. Next, it's in response to the workforce evolution. I think we can all agree that there's a lot of change going on right now in the TriNet product needs to stay out in front of and keep up with all the changes that are happening. And last, it's centered around an empowered customer experience. And with that, let's dove right into TriNet Global. Okay. TriNet Global. TriNet Global is our solution to help you manage your international workforce. This builds upon a capability that TriNet has had for a couple of years. So you may be using one of our partners today to help you manage your global workforce. If you use multiplier, I'm gonna tell you about more about how we're embedding that into TriNet Global. How however, if you use, GP or Oyster to help you manage your global today, we will still support that, and those integrations are still live. But we're what we're doing today is we're building upon what we have done with Multiplier by embedding that experience into the TriNet platform. It also supports flexible solutions. So whether you use EOR or interest in EOR or global payroll or paying contractors, It supports all of those arrangements. And it's comprehensive local expertise. What do I mean by that? It's comprehensive in the sense that it supports over a 150 countries. It's also comprehensive in the sense that supports the entire employee lifecycle recruiting, hiring, payroll, benefits, compliance, and more. And with that, let's dive right into the demo. Okay. So we're gonna begin the demo in the hiring section. I think that's really important because this embedded experience is built within very established workflows like hiring. Before we go through this hiring workflow for TriNet Global, I want to point out how you can activate, activate or get started with TriNet Global. So one is you can go right to our marketplace, our marketplace tile, TriNet Global. You can also contact Multiplier and do this form fill directly for the TriNet platform. Okay. So now let's start by hiring an international employee. Once you've activated TriNet Global, you're going to see something familiar but a little different, right? You can select between a U. S. Employee or an international employee. For this demo, of course, we're going to be doing an international employee. The next step is selecting which type of worker do you want to add? I mentioned earlier about the flexibility and model. So it can be an EOR employee. If you're not familiar with EOR, that's employer of record. That's when you don't have an entity set up in a country or you want a more comprehensive full service model for your international employees. It's similar in many ways to the PEO model, but for international employees. If you already have an international, if you already have an entity set up, you can use global play roles through this direct employee. And if it's not employee, it's a contractor that can also be done directly from trying to global inside of our platform. But for now, let's add an EOR employee. So we're still in the higher new hire workflow within the TriNet platform. It goes through eligibility, adding employee details, compensation benefits and wraps up with compliance. Okay. So let's pick our country. As I said, it supports over 150 countries. We're going to add Arjun today who's based in India. Okay. And once you've selected the country, this is automatically pulling in a lot of information and guardrails, including compliance guardrails. So we see this country mandates wet ink signature, based on the country I will then select continue, which just takes me to the employee details. Once you've added these employee details, including whether they're people manager, continue into compensation. So the compensation is based on local currency. TriNet Global supports over 120 currencies. Again, you're seeing country specific compliance guardrails. What's mandated by country labor laws built right in Once you fill compensation, it pulls in the benefits information for the new hire. This is not only based on, like, the country of India in this case, but also your company, which benefits you offer in this country Country. Here we're going to select this benefit and continue. And last is compliance. So all this compliance section is going to be based on the minimum requirements for India. Again, keeping you compliant in over 150 countries, whether it's about leave, probation, notice periods, as well as your own policies and non solicitation, non compete or other policies. With that, we've submitted all the information for Arjun, our new employee. But because it's in the country of India, which requires a wet signature and a contract, that's going to take you directly into multiplier where that transaction, the contract, sending the contract occurs. I got here through one click and it was a deep link, not just single sign on into multiplier, but directly into the contract flow within multiplier. Okay. So now we're waiting for the employee signature. I will go back into the TriNet platform. We're still in the new hire section. I'm managing new hires, but I now see Arjun and we can see the status, right? The signature is out. So it says not submitted. Now let's assume the contract was completed. Then when I go to the employees within TriNet, I'm going to see all my employees anywhere in the world. So here's Arjun. You can tell who's an international employee versus a U. S. Employee because the international employees have the globe icon. And just like I can do with The US employee, I can click on Arjun and get his information, whether it's a personal information you see here or employment information, compensation, and more. And you can also view your employees on the org chart. So here's our org chart. And here we see our June, the new employee you just signed. So that provides a summary of the new hire flow, some of the steps you can view and report on your employees. Now the other workflow, sort of the flip side of the coin of onboarding is offboarding. So I'm on the employee tab for Arjun. If he's offboarding, I can request a termination, indicate the reason specify the details again, just like the onboarding process with off boarding terminations, the compliance is built right in. So this employee has a notice period of one month. I can add any supporting documents indicating severance. And then it lays out the next steps in the onboarding process. So confirming the last working day to comply with the labor laws, the email notification, the final settlements and the exit documents. From here, this will initiate the off boarding with multiplier Okay. So I selected that now. It's been submitted successfully. And so if I'm now back in the employee tab under manage employees, when I look at Arjun, we can see that the termination has been scheduled. So the data is flowing both ways between TriNet and Multiplier to see all of them. There's one more flow I want to show you while we're here. So payroll, obviously, payroll is a very important area. When I select payroll, if I have TriNet Global activated, When I get to payroll, I'm going to see my traditional US payroll. But then just like the new hire process, I'm going to have options for international. In this case, we want to play out KR Jun, who's on the e who's an EOR employee. And if I select that, it's going to take me again deep link directly into the platform, the multiplier platform, single sign on to the pay runs page so I can execute that payroll Okay. And now that we've done the payroll piece, let's go back into the TriNet platform. And that wraps up today's demo. But I do want to just reiterate, if you're interested in TriNet Global, again, you can get started directly from the TriNet platform, thereby going to the marketplace or filling the multiplier form. Or, of course, as always, you can reach out to your CRM who can provide you with more information. And with that, I'd like to hand it over to my colleague, Nick Boley, to tell you all about TriNet IT. Thank you, Josh. Hi, everyone. My name is Nick Foley, and I'm the partner marketing manager here at TriNet. I know many of you are already using our embedded device provisioning tool, TriNet IT. But for those of you who aren't or for anyone who'd like a closer look at what's available, I'm excited to walk you through how TriNet IT powered by electric helps small and medium sized businesses manage the entire IT life cycle. From onboarding through offboarding, everything is designed to be simple, efficient, and secure without adding unnecessary complexity, manual work, or risk. TriNet IT is available to you right now at no additional cost, and getting started is super easy. You can access it directly through the TriNet marketplace by selecting TriNet IT and then clicking activate now or by using the TriNet IT link in the resources section. And as always, if you have any questions along the way, your CRM is here to help. So let me share my screen and give you a quick demo of TriNet IT. So let's start with the new hire onboarding. From here, an admin can kick off IT setup as part of the onboarding process rather than managing IT separately through tickets, emails, or spreadsheets. Once everything looks good, the admin will click on submit and continue forward. This alone saves days of coordination and helps employees be productive from the first day. This step shows just how easy it is to activate TriNet IT. With only a few clicks, the admin can immediately unlock access to device provisioning and IT management. As soon as it's submitted, everything flows directly into the hardware provisioning section making it quick and seamless to get employees set up and ready to go. So now we're in the hardware catalog. Companies have access to a wide selection of devices from laptops and monitors to accessories and even charging cables all available at discounted pricing. I'm going to add a MacBook to the cart and review the order and continue through the checkout process. Once the order is placed, electric handles fulfillment from end to end. There's no vendor management, no manual handoffs, and no follow-up is required. The entire process takes minutes instead of days and the order is confirmed immediately. Now let's jump to the other end of the employee lifecycle offboarding. From the employee list an admin can quickly access an employee's profile and see exactly what hardware is assigned to them. This visibility is critical from both a security compliance standpoint. There's never a question of who has what device and with just a few clicks the admin will initiate the termination and start the device retrieval process. Once the termination details are entered and confirmed, the admin will simply select where the equipment should be returned. From there, Electrek will automatically send the departing employee a QR code with a clear step by step shipping instructions to return the device. This streamlined process removes friction for both the company and the employee while significantly reducing device loss, delays, and unnecessary replacement costs especially for distributed teams. Once everything is complete the admin receives clear confirmation eliminating any uncertainty around asset recovery. Finally, let's talk about asset management. This provides a real time view of every device across the organization whether it's assigned or unassigned. Unassigned assets are often hidden costs and TriNet IT makes it easy to redeploy existing hardware instead of purchasing new devices unnecessarily. Everything is managed centrally and as the business grows, admins can easily upgrade their plan to support evolving needs without disruption. If a company already has existing equipment that can be added quickly as well. Assets can be entered as manually or they're already being tracked in a spreadsheet, they can be imported directly automatically populating in the asset management view. From this screen, you can also review your current plan and explore additional options. TriNet IT is included with every account at no additional cost but for companies with more advanced needs there are paid plans available to unlock additional features such as enhanced device management and expanded support and deeper asset visibility that will support more complex or growing IT environments. So this is what modern IT management looks like with TriNet IT powered by electric, bringing the employee lifecycle together in a single embedded experience. The result is less manual work, better visibility into your devices, and fewer risks as your team changes and grows. Everything is designed to help you move faster, stay compliant, and control cost, so you can spend less time managing IT and more time focusing on running and growing your business. And the best part is this is available to you right now at no additional cost. Again, you can get started by clicking on the TriNet IT link in the resources section or going to TriNet marketplace, selecting TriNet IT, and clicking activate now to get started. Or as always, you can reach out to your CRM for help. And with that, I'm excited to hand things over to April Turner who will walk you through another exciting innovation TriNet Assistant and how it's helping our clients work even smarter. Thanks, Nick, and welcome, everyone. I'm April Turner, part of the product team, here to share our latest artificial intelligence capabilities to help your employees with their HR needs. TriNet is focusing on a human centered AI powered approach as HR can be sensitive and deeply personal, so we're not looking for AI to replace expert professionals. However, much of HR is operational, administrative, and repetitive in nature. This is an opportunity to use AI for a heightened level of service. Our new AI powered dashboard and TriNet assistant are easy to use, secure, always on, and they complement the personal health assistant employees already count on for help with using their benefits. We're rolling the new features out in phases, and so some of you may already have these changes. We have another rollout next week, and the remaining companies will be rolled out within a couple more weeks. So let's get into the demo for the new AI dashboard and assistant. So here is our employee dashboard on the TriNet platform. This new top section is personalized for each of your employees with secure access to TriNet functions and data. The search bar enables them to quickly look up an action or get an answer, like when is my next payday. They'll get an answer in the results plus links to more information. Like in this case, they can go straight to Paychex. This opens the Paychex overview in the platform where they can take additional actions if needed. So returning to the dashboard, we can see that there are quick action buttons that are available for preset questions. These will change with the seasons, like tax time or open enrollment. So let's check on how to get an insurance card. From here, we can go through the results, dig deeper with the links like we did before, and we also have a link to chat with the new TriNet assistant directly from the results or from any screen in the platform. The familiar chat icon will now link you to the conversational AI assistant, which is an entirely new way to engage with the TriNet platform. Employees are able to ask questions, and responses will be delivered in context of their company and profile. So to take a look, finding their w two is a common question for employees, and the assistant will directly provide a secure link for immediate viewing or download. Employees can also pose questions without having all of the complexity at the beginning. PTO is a common request. The assistant is a collaborative tool helping to refine results, and through iterative feedback can continue to narrow down the results, and employees can provide simple responses. The assistant detects weekend overlap, calculates correct number of hours, and presents a summary requesting confirmation. When it confirms submission, it'll provide a link for review, and this removes friction from the workflow. Now for one last example. Here's an employee looking for information on their four zero one k. The assistant is trained to recognize high context consultative topics. The employee is offered a connection with a TriNet specialist. When accepted, the employee will be added to the specialist queue, and then when the specialist joins the chat, the entire history is preserved and available for them to discuss. It is that simple and convenient. These new support capabilities are available on both desktop and mobile, helping employees with HR questions wherever they are. They work alongside our existing personal health assistant that covers benefits care options, deductibles, provider networks, and more. And, of course, we always provide the option for consultative assistance when desired. Remember, we are rolling out these new features in phases, and so some of you may have them already. Others will see them next week, and if not then, in the next couple of weeks. Before we wrap up, I want to share a resource where many of you can learn about the great features we covered today and discover even more that you might not be using yet.
