So looking ahead, here's what we'll cover today: how TriNet supports small and medium sized businesses, known as SMBs, with industry tailored HR solutions a closer look at our technology platform, benefit options, pricing model, and service approach also, why industry specialization and EPLI coverage are key differentiators for TriNet and finally, a recap of why TriNet may be the right fit for your business. Our goal is for you to walk away with a clear understanding of how TriNet can support your HR needs today and as your business continues to grow. At the end of the day, our commitment remains the same and stronger than ever to empower SMBs and their employees to grow, scale, and innovate with confidence. With thirty five plus years of HR expertise, TriNet supports approximately 20,000 clients and around 340,000 worksite employees. Last year alone, TriNet processed $73,000,000,000 in payroll, demonstrating the reliability, reach, and rigor small and medium sized businesses need from a strategic HR partner. Now let's talk a little bit about technology. If you've worked with most PEO platforms, you've probably felt this. They're outdated, clunky, and honestly, more frustrating than helpful. They're hard to navigate, they slow you down, and they don't integrate well with the tools your team is already using. That's exactly what TriNet set out to fix. Our platform's modern, intuitive, and designed to make your life easier, not add another layer of complexity. Everything works together seamlessly, payroll, benefits, HR, so you're not jumping between systems. Your employees get a great experience too. We have 4.8 out of five rating on the mobile app store with over 33,000 reviews, so they can handle things on the go without coming to you for every single request. On top of that, you get tools like workforce analytics for real time reporting and insights, plus fully integrated time off expense and performance management. So what does that actually mean for you? Less time dealing with systems, fewer headaches, and more time focused on running and growing your business. That's the difference really with TriNet. Now let's try to talk about everything comes together. All of your core HR services are unified within one platform, so you're not bouncing between systems or dealing with disconnected processes. It's built with simple navigation and task management, which helps eliminate paperwork and a lot of the manual work that comes with HR. Because it's cloud based and mobile friendly, it creates a seamless experience for both you and your employees. From day one, starting with onboarding and benefits enrollment, everything is streamlined to make HR faster and easier. That same simplicity carries through to payroll, making it easier for both managers and employees to use. And behind the scenes, you have super powerful analytics and reporting, giving you greater visibility into your business. At the end of the day, it's technology that's easy and easy to use, easy to learn with access to HR anytime, from anywhere. With that, like to pause here, and introduce Josh Newman, who's TriNet's director of product marketing, to talk more with everyone about what's new and exciting with some of our technology updates. Welcome, Josh. Excited to have you here. So I'll go ahead and pass it over to you. Great. Thanks so much, Louis. And and thank you for everyone that's joining today. So as Louis spoke about, like, the ease of our technology, how modern it is, well, how do we keep up with that? How do we continue to push forward in that pursuit? It is continuous innovation, and that's what I wanna talk about quickly with you here today. I wanna we were I'm going to discuss, some key new releases that, just came to market in the last couple weeks. Before we speak about the specific releases, I wanna talk about how we get there. So we're always looking to solve for what's going on in the market, what are the trends in the intersection of that and what truly matters to our customers, and that's what guides us. So with this latest release, there's a couple themes that stand out. One is, the the workforce evolution. I mean, as we know, the workforce is going through quite a bit of transformation, today, and that is pushing companies like TriNet to keep up with and stay out in front of that. And also just staying focused on what is the empowered customer experience or the the empowered experience for your employees today. Preferences are changing. How people want to use technology, is really going through transformation as well. And with those, in mind is sort of framing the highlights of our latest launch include, these three things we see on the slide today, TriNet assistant, which is our AI support, TriNet IT, which is a new capability that allows our clients to manage and procure technology through TriNet, and last, TriNet global, which as it sounds, allows our clients to manage, pay, provide benefits to international employees. And with that, I'll just speak a minute or two on on each of these key products in our in our launch. So, TriNet assistant, the the AI agent, where did I where did I where I would begin with TriNet assistant is that it's rooted in privacy and security. We knew from day one when we introduce AI to our customers, given the importance and sensitivity of the data that we have around payroll and benefits and HR, security and privacy was paramount. So so that's, you know, where I'd I'd frame TriNet assistant, and it's also really relevant. We're not just putting AI out in the market as, you know, a shiny AI object. It it's truly useful to our clients and their employees. As Lewis spoke to, like, the breadth of our technology around payroll, then admin, HR, that's part of what it makes it so useful is that employees and and clients can get, answers and complete tasks using TriNet assistant across a broad spectrum of topics and and items. So just to lay out a couple of examples of how TriNet assistant works, you know, one of your employees, if they wanna know, let's say, when's my next vacation day, they can still ask, you know, for TriNet for support for that. They can navigate through the platform to find that, but they can also just go directly to TriNet assistant and ask when's my next vacation day, or am I scheduled for vacation the day after Thanksgiving? And it will provide those instant answers, and it will also complete tasks. So in the case of, do I have vacation scheduled the the day after Thanksgiving, TriNet assistant will say no. Would you like me to schedule a request vacation for you that day? And I could say yes, and they would do that transactional work for us. And that's how we see the AI assistant working in today today's market where it's really there to help you and your employees handle the transactional and administrative side of HR. We continue to invest in and put our human expertise first. Right? And that's related to the more strategic and sensitive areas of HR. But now we're providing both to keep up with, the preference that some of your employees have to to get those instant answers from AI. Next is is TriNet IT. We've partnered with a leader in the space named Electric, to provide this capability. And what we've done is pulled Electric into the TriNet platform in an embedded experience so you can procure, purchase, and manage IT assets directly from one platform. You know, Lewis was speaking speaking a moment ago about the convenience and ease of traversing between payroll benefits, HR through one common unified experience. We that's another thing. We continue to extend that, doing more and more from the TriNet platform. And, again, just to lay out a practical example as to how you could use this. So let's say you add a new hire. With TriNet IT, at the end of the new hire workflow, we'll then ask you, would you like to purchase or assign an IT asset, like a laptop, to this new employee? And so you could purchase through a consumer experience directly from the TriNet platform, this new employee laptop, or you could look at, you could look at the the laptops that are not being used across your workforce and assign it. Same thing in the offboarding process. And this is also a security thing, having a real hardened business process of how you collect, company devices and equipment as employees off board. And and just a minute or two on TriNet Global. So as I mentioned earlier, this will allow you to add or to manage your international employees from, from the TriNet platform. We have partnered with an industry leader, multiplier, to provide this capability. This is in response to trend that I've spoke at the at the top of this section, especially post COVID. We have seen many of our small business clients not only extend their workforce in a more distributed way across The United States to many states, but also to many countries. So it became really clear to us that it's important to support our clients with a global solution. And, you know, again, an example of how this would work from the TriNet platform, similar workflow as let's let's use the new hire workflow as an example. So now when you go to add a new hire in the TriNet platform, it will say, is this a US employee, or is it an international employee? You can select international. If you select international, it'll ask you which type. There's different constructs there. And then you can go ahead and onboard your new hire directly from the TriNet platform. Once the new hire is added, when you go to your org chart in TriNet or run a census report, you're gonna see both US and international employees. So that's the recap of what's the latest with TriNet's products. And, you know, not only are these three things now part of the offering, but it just probably gives you a sense that we continue to improve and, as far as what our offering is for our clients. If you're interested, go and check out the in in clicking through these products, watching videos on the products. You can go to the discovery zone in this platform to get more information. And with that, we'll just play a quick ninety second video that showcases these new features. Thanks. Awesome. Thanks, Josh. How exciting. Now switching gears, let's talk about benefits. Benefits are one of the biggest drivers of employee satisfaction and retention, as we all know. And for a lot of businesses, benefits are also one of the hardest things to get right. We often see companies struggling with limited plan options or tiers that don't reflect the different needs of their growing workforce. Another common challenge is availability. Especially for teams that are remote, distributed, or operating across multiple state lines, when benefits don't work for everyone, it becomes much harder to attract and keep top talent, particularly in today's competitive market. This is where TriNet really stands apart. At TriNet, we give businesses access to rich competitive benefit plans through strong partnerships with both national and regional carriers. That means you're not locked into a one size fits all approach. You have the flexibility to offer plans that actually, make sense for your team. We also provide broad, consistent availability for multistate and remote employees, which is critical as more companies embrace distributed workforces. With TriNet, your employees can access high quality benefit no matter what or where they're located. To make benefit selection easier, we also focus heavily on simplifying the decision making process. We offer plan comparison tools that allow you to evaluate your options side by side, helping you save time and make more informed choices. On top of that, we've partnered with Healthy to deliver a benefit decision support tool that helps both HR leaders and employees better understand their options so you can confidently choose the plans that best fit their individual needs. At the end of the day, with TriNet, you're not just offering benefits. You're gaining a strategic partner who helps you navigate the complexity of benefits from selection all the way to delivery so you can stay competitive, support your employees, and build a stronger workforce. Now, talking about pricing transparency because this is an area where a lot of employers feel frustrated. One of the biggest challenges we hear about is unpredictability. Many of our competitors use a percentage based pricing, which means costs go up as salaries increase or when employees earn supplemental income, like commissions, annual bonuses, and that can make budgeting and long term planning really difficult. On top of that, some of the providers actually retain section one twenty five tax savings as part of their fee structure so employers don't get the full financial benefit they're entitled to with those pretax deductions. At TriNet, we take a very different approach, and it starts with transparency. First, we use a simple headcount based pricing model. Your costs are tied to the number of employees you have, not their salaries or income. That gives you more predictability so that there are no surprises as your team grows or as compensation changes. Second with TriNet, you have section 125 savings. Unlike some other PEOs, we don't roll that into an extra added admin fee. Those stay with you, which can make a meaningful impact to your bottom line. And lastly, TriNet clients pay FICA taxes on net wages, not gross wages, which is another area where we often see real savings compared to other PEO models. So with TriNet, you're not just getting a more predictable pricing structure. You're also maxis maximizing tax savings and gaining more control over your cost, which allows you to focus your resources where they matter the most, investing in your people and growing your business, what you do best. Alright. Let's talk about support. We've all been there. Long hold times, impersonal service, support teams that really don't know your business. It's frustrating. It can make you feel like just another number. At TriNet, we take a different approach. Every client gets a dedicated relationship manager and payroll contact. Someone who intimately knows your business, and is there to provide tailored support. You'll always know who to call. If you need help outside business hours, no problem. Our support team is available twenty four seven via chat, phone, or email, also online case submission. To make things even easier, we have, an employee worksite solution center so your employees can get HR support directly without adding to your internal team's workload. The results, you're never left waiting. You always have a team that understands your business, responds quickly, and solves problems, efficiently. With TriNet, support isn't just reactive. It's personalized, proactive, and designed to give you peace of mind. We know one size doesn't fit all, especially when it comes to HR. Generic PEO solutions might work for some businesses, but they often miss the mark for industries like tech, nonprofits, or financial services. Your challenges are specifically unique, and you need HR solutions that are too. TriNet, we tailor our solutions to meet the specific needs of your industry. Our specialized sales teams provide consultative support to help you tackle the challenges that matter most to your business. We don't just understand HR, we understand you and your business. And that understanding for us, it makes all the difference, in the world. As we wrap up here, let's talk about EPLI coverage because this is an area where a lot of employers still feel exposed. While many PEOs technically offer EPLI, what we often hear is that the high deductibles and limited flexibility leave employers unsure how protected they really are when a claim comes up. TriNet takes a different approach. Our EPLI coverage is designed to provide real peace of mind. It's comprehensive with clear cost structures and strong protection against employment related claims so that there are fewer surprises when it matters the most. When you partner with TriNet, you can feel confident knowing your business is protected. This allows you to focus less on risk and more on growing, scaling, and innovating with confidence. TriNet, our goal is simple, to help clients navigate HR with confidence and ease. Recent tech validate survey of over a 170 of our clients asks when we asked them, whether they agreed or disagreed with the series of statements about their experience with TriNet, these were the results. And, the results really speak for themselves. Our clients reported that partnering with TriNet helped them enhance their employee experience, gain peace of mind, improve internal HR systems and processes, offer robust benefits, better navigate HR complexity, and, I think the biggest one, at least to me, is become more productive in their daily work. So in short, TriNet doesn't just, manage HR. We make it easier, more efficient, and more impactful for both you and your team. I love that. Partnering with. TriNet at the end of the day gets you time back in your day to focus on your core initiatives, access expertise and tools to help you adapt to a changing workplace, and get support and help wherever you need it via our tech platform or a mobile app. It's been great talking with everyone today. If we'd like, we can, are there any questions in the q and a? Lewis, do you see? Let's see. I'm gonna check it out. I think I have a couple. Yeah. We have one here, from Kathy. We'll start there. It says what benefit carriers does TriNet work with? Justin, you wanna take that one or I can chime in to to let you? Sure. Yeah. So we work with, national carriers like Blue Shield, UHC, Aetna, and there's always two options for employees on TriNet. So there will always be a national carrier depending upon what state your, company is headquartered in. But they'll always have, like, a national carrier like Blue Shield or UHC or Aetna and then regional carriers like Kaiser, Harvard Pilgrim. Yeah. And then I just I'll call out a question that was asked in the chat already answered by Josh, but it might be relevant just to other folks, on the call today. Someone asked, it's like Kirsten. Does the international integration have and follow current HR requirements wherever the employee is located? I let me see what it says here. Workers' comp insurance taxes. And the answer to that question is yes. Taxes, benefits are all local and specific to that country and locality, wherever the the employee is located. So thanks for answering that one, Josh. And feel free everybody. We know we were talking at you the whole time. We we'd love to field any questions, as, you know, the q and a's, going through. And then afterwards, Justin and I, we're gonna be available in the discovery zone if anybody has specific business questions you don't feel comfortable asking, in the q and a. The latest one was, do you have time, timekeeping system attached? Yes. Yes. We do. That's Yvonne. Yeah. Let's see. We have another one here. It says how can TriNet help with multistate workforce? Well, Cathy, just as a as a PEO, we're registered in all 50 states, so it's easy as really a light switch. So if you're spread out all across, we manage compliance as far as, you know, each state has different laws, state unemployment taxes, all those accounts are managed under TriNet. So if you have a multistate disperse workforce, TriNet can manage all those for you, very easily. Dave asked, so how does the time system work? Do they scan in an information system? So it varies depending upon your needs. So we have TriNet time and then, depending on as we spoke earlier, we're industry focused, and so each you know, the needs of a a manufacturing company or a hotel are very different from, like, a law firm. So depending upon what industry you're in, the timekeeping system needs might be, different. And so we have physical time clocks if you do have, like, manufacturing that are biometric. We also have, you know, an app that you can clock in at if they're more of a a clerical position. So depending upon what the needs are, if that was the question. Alright. Well, if there's no more questions, we'll give another minute. Cathy just asked, Justin, will health care choices be general or specific to where my employees are located? Specific. So with TriNet, obviously, we realize that, you know, someone living in New York will have, much different options in terms of, like, physicians and hospitals, from someone living in California. And so, we have regional carriers and regional plans that are only available based on someone's home ZIP code. And those plans that are available will be the richest and the biggest network, you know, in that area. And, Kathy, we can follow-up with you too after the call with more information on that if you'd like. Just because, obviously, we we can tell you a little bit more information about, where the carriers are based off where your employees are located. Brian Clark asked, where does TriNet save clients the most money? Oh, that's a loaded that's a loaded one. But, I mean, I I I I think, you know, there's soft cost, Brian, where it depends on if you have HR admin, people managing things that could be spending 50% of their time. Justin and I have both worked with clients that are doing that. I would say typically it's around the benefits cost, as far as getting you access to richer benefits, ultimately saving on the health care piece. But again, it's pretty loaded because it just really depends on each business and kind of their unique needs where where we typically save people, money. It could be hard cost or soft cost. Let's see. We have one says, does TriNet offer consulting options for knowing and telling us which trainings to require for sorry. I have to expand this. For certain employees in specific states. Yeah. Just I could take that. So, TriNet as a PEO, we keep you compliant on a local, state, and federal level. And in that, if there are different requirements in a certain city or state, TriNet will provide that training to your employees, so that you don't have to worry about that, ensuring that you're complying in that local, you know, market with any local regulation or requirements. These are great questions. Thank you everybody for the engagement. Okay. I think it's, probably a good time for Justin, you and I. We can jump over into the discovery zone. Anybody, if you have specific business needs like we said that you you'd like to ask us more, questions in that area, that's where Justin and I will be. Josh, thank you so much for your time today. Super exciting updates. Appreciate appreciate all the information. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Alright. Up next, we invite you to join us in the TriNet discovery zone.
